Cookie Policy

This is an English translation for convenience. The Polish version is legally binding: Polish version.

In force from 22 September 2026.

Cookies are small files that a website saves in your browser. We use two kinds: necessary cookies, without which the website will not work, and analytics cookies, which we turn on only after you give your consent.

Until you click “I agree”, we load neither Google Analytics, nor Meta, nor Contentsquare. The script for these tools does not reach the page at all, so there is nothing to save. A refusal is also remembered, so that the banner does not come back every time you visit.

1. Necessary

These always work, because without them the website stops doing its job. They are not used for tracking and do not leave our website.

NamePurposeHow long
tlr-zgoda-2Remembers your answer in the banner so that it does not ask againUntil browser data is cleared
Form memoryKeeps what you typed into the form so that refreshing the page does not erase your answersUntil the tab is closed

Trip books add one more item: the participant’s browser remembers their first name and booking number so that they do not have to enter them every day. This is stored locally, on their phone, and can be removed by clearing the browser data.

2. Analytics, only with consent

ToolPurposeHow long
Google Analytics
(_ga, _ga_*)
Shows where people come to the website from, which parts they view and whether they submitted the form. Without Google signals and without ad personalisation Up to 13 months
Meta Pixel
(_fbp, _fbc)
Shows which ads on Facebook and Instagram led someone to leave an enquiry. Without it, we do not know what we are paying for Up to 3 months
Contentsquare
(_cs_id, _cs_s)
Shows where people click, how far they scroll down the page and at which point in the form they stop Session up to 30 minutes, identifier up to 13 months

These tools see behaviour on the website, not the content typed into the form. We do not pass on your name, email address or phone number to them. Google and Meta Platforms also process data in the United States, Contentsquare in the European Union. More in the Privacy Policy, sections 6 and 7.

3. Legal basis

We store necessary cookies on the basis of Art. 173(3) of the Telecommunications Law (Prawo telekomunikacyjne), because they are needed to provide the service you request. We store analytics cookies only on the basis of your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

4. How to change your mind

Click and the banner will come back so that you can choose again. The same link is in the footer of every page.

You can also withdraw consent by clearing the site data in your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may stop the form from working properly.

5. Changes

If we add a tool that is not listed here, we will add it to the table and ask for your consent again. The date at the top shows the latest change.
